Bright, newly renovated apartment in Marda Loop walkable to shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to downtown. I am on the top floor of a small building with a great landlord and friendly neighbors. The big windows are great for plants and the place stays warm all winter long.

I am friendly, easygoing and enjoy all types of people. I work a few days at home but I’m mostly in the office. I have a cat named Bic who loves people, playing, and can’t wait to make a new friend. My partner and I spend time at both of our places when he is in town, but he is respectful and kind. We can’t wait to meet you!
