Great yard and great location. I have a bbq and fire pit, yard is gorgeous. Top floor of a house, only shared with myself, my dog and cat. Room would fit a king size bed and dresser. The entire house if furnished, except the bedroom

I’m a mature female, currently working from home a few days a week. I’m social and sometimes have a few friends over for a bbq or fire but completely respectful of my roommates schedule ect. I’m very clean and we share the cleaning which probably is about 30 min a week. 420 friendly. Looking for someone who is employed outside of the house and has references.
