Rent includes internet, otherwise there are 2 bills every month - enmax and direct energy which get split with basement tenants so makes it affordable.

I am a 39 year old dog mum, F45 (HIIT style gym) goer, horse lover, server and cleaner. I am quiet, clean and respectful. Looking for someone similar! My dog is a huge part of this ad too, must love dogs. He’s a 12 year old 34 lb meatball. Just wants food and love all the time. Haha he’s not great with other animals so sadly no other pets can come.
