Bright, warm, sunny room. New flooring. Queen bed. Clean and nicely furnished. Shares bathroom with 2 older adults. Happy friendly, respectful household. Currently no smokers live here, but there is a suitable location out on the front porch.

Situated in the mature community of Hawkwood NW. Bus a few seconds away but it doesn’t pass the house - convenience without the noise 😊

You’ll find super store quite close by and Safeway just down in crowfoot.
