Looking for a male roommate for our one bedroom apartment. Living room is shared by two guys. The room will be private which will be rented along with sharing kitchen and washroom. Room comes with closet and twin bed. Rent also includes all the utilities and Wifi. Apartment is COVID-19 free and bugs free.

Apartment is close to Banks, Shoppers, Superstore, saloons and restaurants. Located near University of Manitoba, and close to bus stops for University of Manitoba and Downtown.
