A room for rent in an apartment off MacLeod with a gym, squash court, and games room, included downstairs. 1000 sq ft apartment, only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Other things include in suite laundry, walk in pantry, balcony. Features include a storage room, a living room, and fully equip kitchen. To get onto the lease a check with the management company will be required. Parking is freely available in the residential area near the building and underground parking is possible for extra. Rent is 700 including utilities. Total rent is around 1750 with utilities for a two bedroom suite. We plan to move in around four to eight months with plenty of notice, opening up the master bedroom for another renter or otherwise. The current lease ends May 31 but we have renewed with the company twice now and they have been great.

You’ll have two other roommates that are sharing the master bedroom. We are both men and have been together for six years. We are night owls and we like to board games, card games, math, and coffee. We will be using the common space for studying and social games.
