The townhouse is fully furnished - you move in and the space is fully livable. All utilities are included (water, heat, gas, internet). Located in Altadore (trendy inner city community). The basement is your space with the main level being shared. In the basement you have a bedroom, TV area and a desk area with lockable drawers. We share the main floor that has the kitchen, additional entertainment area, and access to the back deck which has bbq, patio furniture, and fire place.

The full house is wired with ceiling speakers and google homes on all levels to control music, lighting, etc. The double bed in the photos has recently been replaced with a queen bed. This place looks better in person, so come check it out.

This rental is in the ideal location just outside of downtown with many grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and fitness facilities in walking distance.

Length of rental terms can be flexible and discussed, I want to find a happy middle ground for the both of us.

Hey I’m Reece! 28 year old male working in technical sales 8-5 Monday - Friday. Very laid back and have gotten along with all my roommates in the past (references available if you want to contact them). Not big on rules or anything like that, you get to enjoy the space as much as I do - feel free to have friends over and entertain them just have a basic respect for the place. I want you to feel comfortable in the space in the same way I do, the 3 level set up gives us tons of space each so it makes living together pretty seamless.

I love the outdoors, being active, travelling, photography, work pretty hard but also like to make the most of my time off. Love to laugh, have beers with friends and hang out. Looking for someone who is more of a friend than a tenant. I’ve put lots of effort into the space and am proud of the set up. Great spot to share and even better in the summer with the backyard set up.
