I have one room available for rent in my apartment. The room is also fully furnished and it is bright and clean. It measures 3.75m x 3.5m (12’ 4“ x 11’ 7“) with a window facing east. The rent is $410 per month which includes all utilities and high speed Internet (so you don’t pay anything extra).

The apartment is suitably made for sharing: three bathrooms, large kitchen, two fridges, stove, washer and dryer. The house is located in a quiet street across the pie-ix metro station on the green line with quick access to the downtown, UQAM, McGill and Concordia universities. There are many points of interest near the house: Olympic Stadium, two sport centres, the large Parc Maisonneuve, Botanical Gardens, Insectarium, Planetarium, Cinema Starcite, grocery stores, etc.

The room will be available starting from either May or June. Interested people, please send me a message with a brief description of yourself, what you do and for how long you need to stay; plus how I can reach you (by phone number or email). I am looking for people who do not smoke inside the apartment (nor in their rooms). Moreover, we cannot have pet here.
