Ramin's room

I have a fully furnished room available for rent as of June 23rd (or July 1st) in my apartment. This is a bright corner room with windows facing south and east. It is large at about 181 square feet or 17 square meters. The rent is $450 per month which includes all utilities and high speed Internet (so you don’t pay anything extra).

The apartment is suitably made for sharing: three bathrooms, large kitchen, two fridges, stove, washer and dryer. The house is located in a quiet street across a metro station on the green line (pie-ix) with quick access to the downtown, UQAM, McGill and Concordia universities.

I am a middle-aged professional man running a busy life. I am into arts: photography, video and poetry and, have made a few documentaries. I also speak French though not fluently. The other roommates are currently two young women (professional / student).
