It is a cozy apartment situated on the 3rd and last floor of the building. The living room feels spacious and there is a lot of natural light coming from the big west-facing windows. There is also a nice balcony overlooking Riley park. The room that I am renting out is the master bedroom which is quite large and well-lighted. By far the best thing about this apartment is its location. It is situated in Kensington: a vibrant neighborhood with numerous local stores and food places. The apartment is 1 minute walk away from the C-train red line, and 2 minute walk from Safeway. Downtown can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The building has a dedicated parking stall that I don’t use, as I don’t own a vehicle.

My name is Francesco, I am a 22 years old Italian student starting a master in microbiology at UofC. I’m a quiet person who also likes to be sociable. I like playing games, playing sports and do all sorts of outdoor activities! I rarely have people over at the apartment and I will spend most of my day at the lab on campus, but I don’t expect that from a roommate. I will work with both quiet and more social people as long as things are agreed on together and with respect for each other. I will be happy to meet for a coffee or through a videocall to get to know each other and figure out if we are a good fit :)
