Shared house, with me and my small low shedding dog. Bedroom is furnished with a bed and night stand and your own/shared bathroom. There are two rooms for rent if you have a second person I do have a third bedroom but the bathroom would then be shared. Shared kitchen, living room with bonus room on the top floor, great for soaking up the sun. Parking on the driveway or road. >20 minute walk away from Crowfoot/LRT stations. Minutes away from Community lake that you will gain access too. Fenced back yard with a nice patio. Hey I’m Andy and I’m actually turning 30 not 26, fyi. I have a place in Arbour Lake and I’m looking for a roommate. I work 5 days a week Tuesday-Saturday. Any one is welcome to join me I’m looking for responsible, quiet and mature roommates, but most of all someone I can trust and get along well with! I do own a dog, small 20lb low/non shedding dog. There is room for you to have an office if I don’t find another roommate. I have an extra spot in the garage for a vehicle and I’m minutes away from the neighborhood lake and 20 away from Crowfoot station, walking.
