Avenue Bourret

I used to share the appartment with my father. As I will be using the living room as a bedroom, the main bedroom will be for rent. It is furnished, though you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you wish. The rent will be divided in 2, so it comes up to 435$/mo (bills not included).

The appartment is a 3 1/2 situated on the 2nd floor, with a balcony that can be accessed through the living room. Though the building is a little older, the appartment is renovated, with new kitchen appliances and two large closets in the main bedroom. The living room has been converted to a bedroom, but the kitchen has a dining area. The kitchen is between the living room and the bedroom, which gives a sense of privacy. Washing machines are also available in the building.

The appartment building is halfway between 2 metro stations, with a shopping mall 5 minutes away on foot. There are also two parks at the same distance.

I am a first-year medical student, and speak both French and English. I like peace and quiet, and never party. I like keeping the place clean (though I am not obsessive about it). Pets are not allowed in the building, so it’s relatively quiet except for some music (the neighbours like music, but keep it to reasonable hours). Smoking and drugs are also not allowed in the building.
