Shared bathroom and fully stocked kitchen (minus an air fryer and stand mixer) Apartment is on the first floor of a 3 story walk up apartment building. There are stairs to get into, and down into the hallway, so sadly this is not the most accessible space.

Laundry down the hall (2.50/wash and 2.25/dry - loonies and quarters only) Hot water rad heat that REALLY works. No a/c but window & portable units are A-ok. Hot water for baths and showers gets hot hot hot! 🖤

Parking is not included, but can be arranged. Would be an additional $50.00/month and is outdoor and uncovered.

Any and all income is ok - no first and last needed, month to month is fine by me 🙂

Literally around the corner from No Frills plaza, and across the street from Food Basics and Canadian Tire. 1/2km away from Walmart, LCBO, Shoppers, Beer Store and other shops. 15 min walk away from Mohawk College. Major bus stop at street corner (1 min walk away), and 3 other buses that go downtown/along Mohawk within 3-5 min walk.

You’ll be living with just moi! A non binary leftist. I’m 35, work from home 4-5 days a week, am vegetarian (don’t care what you eat and won’t bother you about it either), disabled, not a party person, and drama free. I have a few drinks and listen to tunes once or twice a week, and do not have people over all the time. Keep a clean home, and have a cleaner come in once a month to do the bathroom, kitchen, sweep and deep mopping. I love cooking and sharing meals, horror movies, macabre, and Star Trek. I have two 8 month old cats who are my sole responsibility, and their litters are in my bedroom & done daily/every other day.
