Room in duplex for sublet May-Aug (can renew as 12 month lease in Sept.) located in South End Halifax. A 10-minute walk from Saint Mary’s University, 20 minutes walk from Dalhousie, and seconds away from a bus stop and Sobey’s grocery store.

Please no smoking of any kind in the house, back patio only for cigarettes. Lease has a strict no drug policy.

Coin laundry available, Wi-Fi and power not included. Please no pets :)… potential flexibility depending on animal (but no dogs ’cause lease)

Current residents are a 19-year-old male studying fashion at NSCAD and a 20-year-old female interested in coffee and good espresso. Both a little artsy, interested in cooking, and baking. We are looking for someone to rent who is easy to get along with, who is tidy, and shares similar values. Quiet but social household. We would love to live with someone who we can be friends with!
