Looking for a solo female tenant or couple to rent!

Bright, spacious basement with high ceilings. One bedroom, bathroom, and plenty of living space. (Bedroom shown in photo. The other photo with the bed is the living space/living room/basement area). There is even more space behind the living room photo.

Shared kitchen on the main floor. Laundry washer and dryer are on the top floor (where the main tenant lives).

Furniture negotiable. The current tenant is moving out with their furniture. We can furnish with a bed, couch, and other essentials if you needed (rent goes up to $1700 for furnished). Internet is included. Other Utilities (heat, water, electricity) will be split, pro-rated based on square footage.

Large backyard with furniture that can be used in the summer. Street parking in front of the house. A bus stop on the same block takes you straight to the train station.

• Rent is $1,600/month unfurnished or $1,700/month furnished.
• Looking for quiet and clean people (maximum 2 people).
