About the room

I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment. Downtown Niagara Falls, 15 min walk to Clifton Hill or The Falls or The Gorge, bus stop right outside front door of the building and a train station around the corner. Asking $600 a month, price includes high speed wifi and cable can be set up in the room if its desired. If parking is required the building charges 52.50 each month. Available May 1st. Mature applicants only please. Unit is currently undergoing some renovations, so pictures may not be 100% accurate. I can also provide more pictures of the rest of the unit but please bear the renovations in mind.

P.S. I have two cats, hopefully they arent an issue.

About the roomies

I’m a 38 year old male that suffers from major depression, severe social anxiety, and a fear of people. As such, I mostly keep to myself and to my room. I also have 2 cats that frequent the common areas, though they can be kept out of your room if its a problem. I’m looking for a mature, respectable and clean roommate, gender/age dont matter.
