About the room
Looking for someone to sublet my downtown studio ASAP.
It has a nice little backyard which no other apartment in the building has.
LEASE TRANSFER: MAY 1st to AUGUST 31st
(if you want to renew, you can discuss with the landlord who is very nice)
It’s partially furnished with a bed, nightstand and desk.
Essentials like a fridge microwave and oven are also here. There’s also an sick rooftop patio which I can show you when you visit.
It’s got a great location being a 4 min walk to the Berri-UQAM metro stop so it’s very easy to get around. The apartment is near the corner of Saint Denis and Ontario street
Lots of great food and drinks stops nearby as well, within walking distance.
Rent is $750 a month and hydro (electricity, heating) isn’t included which comes out to about $30 a month for me.
I would stay, but I’ve decided to return to Ottawa for the summer.
About the roomies
It’s a studio so it’s just you!
It’s a lease transfer from me because I’m moving back to Ottawa.
