Main floor unfurnished room in a two level house in Beddington area. In a quiet Neighbourhood, with a fenced in backyard, nice patio, and street parking. There is a garage with storage space if needed. Walking distance to the 300/301 bus downtown. Grocery stores and shopping nearby, as well as a short walk from Nose Creek Parkway.

You’ll have access to the main level bathroom as your own for the most part, as I have separate one for myself. Guests may occasionally use it, as it is the main floor bathroom.

Shared kitchen and living space. Shared laundry in the basement.

There is a third bedroom that is not in use that you could use as an office space, or crafts room.

Currently I’d prefer not to add more pets to my house, as I already have two cats, but I am willing to make exceptions for a single cat if they can meet first. Month to month negotiable for longer after 6 months. Smoking outdoors is fine, but no smoking inside.

I’m 34 years old, and have two cats that live with me. I’m a good mix of outdoorsy, active, and nerdy. I work from home about 50 to 60% of the time, and travel out of town for stints of time. For the most part I work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, although I don’t have a set schedule so that does change from time to time.

I’m neat, and a tidy home is important to me. Weekends I golf, camp, shoot, offroad, game, or go for adventure downtown. I don’t have a ton of guests around, but will always give you a heads up if someone is coming. I’m pretty outgoing and easy to get along with, so I’d like to find someone that matches my energy and lifestyle.
