About the room: Fully furnished with a Queen-sized bed, wardrobe, 2 big windows, desk, ergonomic chair, 1 mirror and all utilities and internet included. It is a 3-bedroom in a quiet Westend Halifax neighbourhood. No parties or smoking on premises. The common space is pretty ample and nice.

About the place: The whole place was renovated a year ago with plenty of storage space in the basement. We usually keep the house warm in the winter. 75-inch screen. 2 Recliner Couches. There is a backyard where you can sit outdoors in privacy.

We separate our garbage and organics and expect you to do so as well. The place is clean and has no hygiene or infestation problems, etc. and we expect everyone to keep it clean.

Pretty easygoing, hardworking and friendly.

I have a 4-semester experience hosting exchange students. So far 3 from Germany, 1 from France, 1 from Denmark, 1 from Norway and 1 from BC.

My roommate is a German exchange student and a pastry chef. We are both mostly busy outside and just land, eat and chill at home.
