A 5 min walk to Sandy Beach, perfect for picnics and relaxing river floats on a hot day! Our 2 bdrms are situated on opposite sides of the apartment so we will NEVER hear each other. Your bedroom is huge (16’x24’) approx. and has a massive 6’ wide floor-to-ceiling closet. The mid-century style furniture is included! (not shown) For your convenience, you have a bar fridge to keep extra drinks, etc. close by. You have a private 3pce. bathroom. The permit parking is free on the street or you can rent your own garage for a monthly fee. (PS-the photos show incomplete paint in bathroom but it is now complete)

I am a fun, easy-going professional woman. I keep pretty busy so we might find that we don’t cross paths too often. This is a non-smoking, non-party house but I occasionally entertain and enjoy BBQs with family/friends with a few drinks on the patio
