The room for rent is spacious, with glass closet doors and shelving in the closet. Also has a great ceiling fan & light remote which is super convenient. Lots of additional parking on the street, underground is available for free on weekends, and can also possibly set this up in the week if needed. All utilities including high speed internet are included in this price. The unit is fully furnished with all dishes and appliances included. Only the available room will need to be furnished.

I work as a paramedic in Calgary and I am also a full time student at the University of Calgary. My unit that I own is a loft so I have the loft room with a private ensuite. Currently there is also one other roommate here in her young 20’s who attends full time university and is quiet, easy going, clean & respectful . She is gone every weekend and will be all of December. We both have busy schedules so the place is not occupied all the time. The bathroom will essentially be shared with her during the week. Washer and dryer are both available in the unit. I am easy going, considerate, and respectful and also expect my roommates to be as well. I’m open to males and females but preferably females
