The house is super cute (on the smaller side) , close to downtown, bus routes, tons of storage, In suite laundry, parking spot for one, big yard to garden and frolick in.

Be a great place for a student as we rarely have people over in house and just have our friends over in the yard when being social. Not a party house! We both work alot and like to have the space to ourselves . (We do have loud music playing daily sometimes but at night house is quiet)

About the roomies

Mike and I are a couple in our 30s who like to have our space to relax. I work alot and am a very busy bee always buzzing around. I am friendly but pretty interverted and mainly keep to myself. Mike is super friendly and chill and Is usually down to smoke one. Mike’s son is here most weekends. He is quiet and stays in his room with his games
