It’s a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom place.

It’s walking distance to YMCA, Public Library, bowling, coffee shops, Langford Lake and bus station (westhills exchange).

Room will be on the second floor. The room will have a Murphy bed, a closet, a fan, a desk, seat and a lamp. Could be unfurnished but the Murphy bed stays.

Shared kitchen.

Solo bathroom / shared bathroom - condition, let’s chat

Laundry is in the bathroom main floor.

You have your own sort of living room on the loft area.

Parking available.

By bus, there is a bus station (westhills exchange) that’s about a 10min walk from the house. In total it will take about 45mins to get to downtown. 20ish mins to get to RRU.

Female preferred as you will have a female roommate that goes to UVIC.

Long term preferred.

No picture of room because the furnitures will not be accurate. If you want pics of what it looks now I can send one.
