Matt's room

The townhouse is in Westhills Langford. It’s a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhouse. One of the bedroom will be available Sept 1, 2023. It’s walking distance to Jordie Lunn Bike Park, YMCA, Public Library, bowling, Tim Hortons, Langford Lake and bus station (westhills exchange).

Room will be on the main floor. The room will have a queen size bed, a small fridge, a closet, a fan, a small study table, lounge chair and a lamp. It has its own separate entrance. Goes through the backyard. Lots of lighting and backyard view. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Laundry is in the shared bathroom main floor.

If you have a car, there is street parking in front. If it gets full there are more parking through out but you may need to walk for like a minute.

By bus, there is a bus station (westhills exchange) that’s about a 10min walk from the house. In total it will take about 45mins to get to downtown. 20ish mins to get to RRU.

I take the bike to commute to work and home.

A couple named Matt and Nat. Like the brand Matt & Nat :). We also have our fur baby Macie. She’s a Shih-Poo. She barks until you get to know her. She does bark if someone knocks/doorbells/package drop off just so you are aware. We love eating. If you see us in the living room we’re probably eating something. Nat is vegan. So if you’re vegan/vegetarian then that’s a plus! We both usually cook our meals for the week and we will offer some if there’s extras! We’re not good cooks tho just a heads up! We’re pretty quiet. We get friends and visitors coming over every now and then. We usually offer our sofa couch in the living room if they sleep over. But most times we keep to ourselves. We’re super clean we tend to clean the main space almost every night. We love watching shows/movies/play music in the living room. We love board games. We love exploring and going out for hikes. But most times we will be home relaxing. We’re both introverts.
