I have a furnished room available for August 15th or September 1st (furnishings are optional). The room is in a two bedroom apartment downtown and includes a double bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, lazyboy computer chair, and a TV with a Chromecast.

One block from the train station. One block away from the grocery store. 10min walk from the CORE shopping center, Prince’s Island Park, and Kensington.

Utilities+high speed internet are included. We have a dishwasher. The bathroom is shared. $300 deposit. A parkade spot is +75$/month.

No hard drugs. No parties, but guests are welcome. Smoking is on the balcony only. Vaping inside is okay.
