Near Westhills and MRU. Nice large bright room on 2nd floor, only one person, male, in the home. I have 2 nice cats. Room is furnished and has a tv. Parking included. Laundry in the basement. Must be clean, quiet and responsible. It’s a great deal for the right person. Access to kitchen and all pots and pans, etc. Nice deck to chill on.
About the roomies
I am going out of town and my son will be at the home. He is quiet and respectful. You will need to water the plants and love the cats and other than that, it’s a great space!
