We are seeking two roommates for our large Sunnyside home!

There’s one room opening up: on the main/upper floor, adjacent to a common space near the kitchen. This room is a bit smaller but has lots of natural light and is the warmest room in the house. It’s open now and can be moved into anytime. Looking for Oct 1 ideally.

The house comes with two common areas, big kitchen, washer and dryer, use of shed space, street parking, and a large back yard.

Rent is $575/month plus utilities and internet (about $125/month), coming to around $700/month total.

Photos show the exterior of the house, the kitchen, and the foyer with a little glimpse of the yard. These photos only show a couple spaces in the house (does not show the rooms opening up, the common spaces, any of the downstairs). Once we chat, we can arrange a time to come check out the space and meet everyone.

We are seeking people who are reasonably chill, decently tidy, open-minded, and into open and effective communication. Looking for people in their late 20’s to early 30’s. This space is great for people who like art, music, films, board games, plants, and gardening.
