Bairdmore Boulevard

It is a newly renovated basement and the owner lives upstairs. Since it is newly renovated, all the things are new (yay!) and we will be the first tenants living there. The rent includes all other utilities, excluding wifi. You will be sharing the place with me and my boyfriend, but will have a separate room for yourself. The place is close to UofM, requiring only one bus to the University. Moreover, the bus stop is just 1 min away from the house and it’s 10 mins walk from the Pembina highway. It is also close other places such as, real Canadian Superstore Sobeys, Dollarama, 7/11 and some restaurants. In conclusion, a good deal!

You will be living with me and my boyfriend. A little bit about yourselves, we both are from Pakistan and students at UofM. People from all backgrounds are welcomed and we would love to learn about their culture. Moreover, we are quite, a little studious, like to keep things neat and clean, don’t like to party, non-smokers, and love to cook great food!
