The house is super close to the LRT station and lots of amenities within walking distance. It is a great option for those with or without cars (street parking) or who simply enjoy going places by foot.

It is a very airy main floor with tall ceilings, large windows and there is tons of natural light making this a very welcoming space. The living area is also completely furnished.

Due to its location this house is fantastic for people who are going to school, like to go downtown, or want quick access to get out of the city to be in nature

The room itself is very bright and the windows always let in a nice breeze if you want. The room is about 9.5ftx11.5ft The flooring is hardwood, and the closet has built in organizers which is a huge bonus. There is a shared washer/drier in the house.

A little bit about us. We are an easy going couple in our mid 20’s who love anything to do with the outdoors and our dog. We like climbing, hiking, and skiing. We’ve both lived in Calgary for most our lives and we like trying new pubs and restaurants. This is a queer and 420 friendly house. About me, Meagan, I work in the outdoor industry and am thinking of going back to school for arboriculture. I love reading, skiing, and going on walks with our dog.
About Bennett, he works in the ski industry in the winter and Horticulture in the summer. He loves anything and everything to do with plants (bit of a plant nerd). When we are home, we like to relax and watch tv, play board games and cook. We like hanging out but also enjoy and respect alone time at home. We try and keep the house tidy (but adulting can be hard) and we appreciate someone who also values tidy shared spaces. We are looking for someone who likes dogs seeing as we have a 2.5 year old pup named Sibby. She’s pretty chill and loves taking a nap in the sun, playing fetch and snuggling. We would love to hear from anyone who thinks we might be a good fit.
