Looking for a female roommate for my second room in Sunalta. If you are looking for a short term lease that is perfectly fine with me, otherwise it will be available from Oct. 15 to end of April. No pets please as I have allergies.

LOCATION The location is great if you take transit since I am a block (2 minute walk) from the train station. Popular stops like Safeway and Dollar Store are in walking distance and I’m also pretty close to 17th Ave. Lots and lots of food options!!

THE SETUP It is a 2 bed 1 bath place, bright kitchen and living space, plus a balcony that faces a green space behind the building. Your room is furnished with a bed, a bookshelf, and a desk. There is also a front closet and a linen closet if you need more storage space. The kitchen has most things you need to make a meal and I also take care of things like toilet paper, paper towels, sponges etc etc. So all you need is you, your food and personal items! There is coin laundry in the building or a laundromat nearby.

RENT, UTILITIES AND PARKING Rent is $700 and damage deposit is also $700. All utilities (including WiFi) are included. There is a lot of street parking available.

ABOUT ME I am 24, I work full time and when I’m home I tend to be on the quiet side, watching movies, working on my laptop etc. I keep the house clean and clean after myself regularly. I’m also a plant person so if you like being around plants there are lots around here 🤣. I know everybody has different habits and living styles so all I ask of my new roommate is to keep things on the legal side and no parties please!
