About the room

My name is Corey Keith. I am a non-binary, human with chronic challenges. I am looking for a roommate in a two-bedroom basement suite in Langford. I am looking for someone to move in around May 1st. Your room is 12.75β€œ (3.89 m) x 9.83β€œ (3 m).

Seeking a quiet, clean and respectful roommate (or possibly a couple), ideally female or a person who identifies as or a part of the queer/ gender diverse/ two-spirit community. The suite has in-suite laundry, street parking, a nearby park and transit. No smoking and no Dogs or Cats. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living area. The suite is semi-accessible as there is a step into the house and if you do not have a vehicle, there is a large hill before getting to the house. Rent is $762 Monthly Rent + internet, electricity and water. D.D. is $350. If a couple, rent and utilities can be negotiated. I am a spiritual human who enjoys deep discussion, hikes, movies, reading and growing plants. If you are interested in the room, please briefly tell me about yourself and why you think you might be a good fit. Please say more that you are clean and quiet. Thanks!

About the roomies

You are at least an ally to sexual and gender diversity, who is able to provide clear, direct compassionate communication and is quiet. I work out of my home my private practice (workshops, consulting). I have health issues around fatigue, sleep and cognitive challenges. So I will need patience and I live best with folks who are organized, fairly clean and are good with scheduling things (e.g. For house meeting, house hangouts – movies, board games, etc.). Creating a foundational roommate relationship is most important. I am an open book, so please let me know if you have questions. Please send me a message if you have any questions or are interested in the room for rent. Thank you.
