1900 Sq. Ft home You would have your own private bedroom + office and private bathroom. The house is fairly large with a formal dining room, formal living room and a dining nook and separate living room. Big backyard. There is a full gym in the basement that you are welcome to use I just ask that you be respectful of the equipment.

$825 plus shared utilities (would be around $1060 a month)

I am a 31 year old single female with a 2 year old hypoallergenic cavapoo dog. I am quiet, positive, work from home. My dog Finnegan is super friendly (may bark the first time he meets someone) but loves everyone he meets.
