Hi, I have a room in the Beaches Toronto for rent for Nov 15th, 2024. Perfect for students, or working professionals. International students are welcome! Located closest intersection of Woodbine and Kingston Road, about 25 mins to downtown. The room is medium-sized and private with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room is in a very clean building. TTC at the door, or take the Queen Streetcar downtown it’s only a short walk away to Queen St. The lake and Woodbine Beach are just a short walk away. Utilities included. There are grocery stores, restaurants, Tim Hortons, LCBO Starbucks, shops Banks, down on Queen. Also, you can take a short bus up to the Danforth subway stations, there are super stores and many restaurants off the Danforth.
This room is perfect for a student looking to further there education or working professional. The kitchen is shared. No couples, must be clean quiet and respectful. Non smoker, smoking is not permitted in the building anywhere. No parties, get togethers, drug use or heavy drinking ever. Proof of enrolled student or working full time. Thanks for your interest.
