Beautiful spacious Penthouse room, looking for a roommate who loves live in a spacious beautiful place, with their own walk in closet and a shared top floor balcony, beautiful kitchen with a big granite island, with a juicer, blender, air fryer and even a dehydrator willing to be shared if he or she wants.

Internet is exceedingly fast and included for free, there is a smart tv used for mostly yoga videos/classes in the living room but can be shared if you need. The place gets tons of sunshine in the mornings and throughout the day, and beautiful sunrises too. An underground parking space is available if you need it and comes included for free as well, otherwise there is more than enough room to share and enjoy, but also the privacy of your own big bathroom, and separate controlled heating and cooling for your side of the condo to be customized to the temp you like, although the balcony is close by and gets so much fresh air being the top floor/penthouse unit, so you really don’t need the a/c that much, but your utilities and hydro come included as well too, but we do like to save energy just for the environments sake, so its nice to simply turn things off at night in the shared areas apart from the internet of course which is extrmely hi speed and able to be used 24/7 of course.

We are using the rent to help send to my Sister who lives abroad to help with her treatments to help her heal from cancer, so it is imperative that rent is paid on time please, we want to do everything we can to help her and this is the main purpose of this income for our family.

I am a healthy Vegan caregiver to my slightly physically disabled (also Vegan) Mum, we work from home and live a humble healthy life, we have the extra beautiful room and bathroom and we are looking to share the extra bedroom with a person, who likes to appreciate living in a healthy space with good nutritious food, but generally appreciates a healthy happy life and just enjoy being respectful and appreciative of creating a happy place to live for all of us.
