I am looking for a roommate for as soon as October 1st to move into a 2.5 bedroom (has a loft area) 2.5 bath town home located inner city and only 5 minutes from downtown in Cresent Heights. I am asking $1000 (internet included) plus shared utilities on a month to month term.

This bright, clean, and spacious home has:

•A chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range stove, dishwasher, ice maker, and a semi-automatic espresso machine •There is a driveway and plenty of street parking (permit required) •Peacefulness of a suburb but the convenience of being in the inner-city

This 3 story modern property is 2600 Sq Feet and fully furnished (with the exception of your room). You will be sharing the kitchen, living room, laundry room, loft/ office space and storage areas with myself. You will have your own very large private bathroom with a full bathtub, and an unfinished bedroom with a spacious closet.

This room is: •Excellent for mature students, young professionals •A non-smoking house •Pet-free

About me: •young professional, super easy going. I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful. I am not looking for someone to just co-exist with. I would ultimately like to be friends :)
