Hi everyone!

looking for a roommate! I have a nice unfurnished room available for rent in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, downtown on Robson street! Looking for a female roommate. Bills are split 50/50. Sorry, no pets and no couples. The room will be available as of November 15th or December 1st.

Room: Big room, with access to the balcony, lots of natural light, with semi private bathroom. (It’s your own bathroom unless we have friends over)

Apartment features: full kitchen, dishwasher, in suite laundry, lots of natural light from beautiful big windows, a balcony.

Building features: gym, hot tub, media room, party room, security, key fob entry.

A bit about me: Late twenties working professional. I currently work full time from home. I am clean, kind, friendly, and respectful. I enjoy baking, watching netflixs, reading, having wine nights with my friends and going on walks on the sea wall! I am non smoking and don’t do drugs and hope for the same from my roommate. A few quirks is that I am super sensitive to smell, so I can’t have fish/seafood or soft/hard boiled eggs in the house because they make me feel sick.
