Walking distance to Royal Roads and bus stops less than half a block. The basement room includes linens and towels. There is a single bed, armoire, lounge chair, desk outside the room, beside table, lamps and small desk with several drawers in the room. The private bathroom is upstairs and you are welcome to watch tv and use the internet in the sitting room. Access to the kitchen for breakfast and lunch, but dinners are served for $10 or you can go out for meals unless it is just micro waved or oven use. A laundry day is available. The internet in the bedroom is poor, but there is good reception in the main area.

I am retired and own a medium sized poodle that I walk daily. I am an early riser, but am quiet in the morning. Generally, I am home unless doing errands.
