XL basement room, centrally located in the Highland Park area. There’s plenty of room for nearly anything you’d like to do, or hobbies, different interests you might have. Large closet and huge private room! We share a bathroom, but it’s private and I keep it pretty clean.

I have some extras as well to make it more cozy if needed. You’ll need your own furniture though.

It’s an older home, but it’s extra cozy and the neighbors are great! A safe, drama free home with lots of different comforts.

It’s $650/month plus food, and generally we do a Costco run every month if you want in. Utilities included. Pets are limited depending on type, because my dog doesn’t play well with certain kinds of dogs for some reason. Cats ok!
