The basement includes the kitchen, 2 washrooms (so 2 roommates per washroom), the laundry and dryer, the storage room and is shared with 3 other roommates all females renting in private rooms. The tenant should be a clean, respectful, quiet person and preferably a Muslim. The room is suitable for a working person only. No overnight guest, no parties, no smoking, no too loud music and no parking. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, only 3 min walking from the bus stop. Eglinton West and Keele intersection area. Groceries (No Frills, FreshCo, Dollarama, Canadian Tire..) banks(TD, Scotiabank) and restaurants are nearby. First and last rent payment are required. Price: 650$/month including utilities, Internet and laundry.
