FURNISHED & Utilities included. I am looking to share my condo for a short term but could be extended if the right roomate. It is a two levels condo: Main level- has 1/2 bath, entrance closet, open kitchen with SS appliances, granit counter top, dining and living room with high ceiling+ access to garden patio est facing Lower level

• has 2 bedrooms (at each end so very private), complete bathroom, laundry room, linen closet. Guest bedroom: 900$ furnished with twin bed, desk, dresser. Big window facing west. Master bedroom: 1100$ and 1300$/couple. Its like a hotel suite: queen size bed, bed table with lamp, desk with storage, dresser, Ikea comfy chair in black leather and 3 closets.

It’s a great neighbourhood in Manor Park close to Montfort Hospital, bike path, Rockliffe, Beechwood, Ottawa River and Aviation parkway. Really quiet and charming surrounding.

Bus #7 at the corner to O-train or downtown. 30min from Ottawa U. No smoking of any kind. No animals (except cat, can be discussed) I will communicate by Roomies message only to person that I think might be a good fit. I am looking for someone reliable that I can trust when I am away for vacation. Let’s chat if you are interested.

There is one roomie until mid June in guest bdr. My big bedroom available for couple of months when I’m away doing house and petsitting. I am retired but working part time. Enjoy outdoors activity, independant film, reading, sightseeing in the area. Looking for someone respectful, open minded and flexible: students 3rd, 4th year, graduate student or young professional, international students or interns are welcomed. Need to be flexible, able to establish a roommate agreement on paper and do your part to keep the place tidy and organized.
