I’m looking for a clean, friendly roommate to stay for one month(December 1). There are no strict restrictions — you’re welcome to have guests over, and you’re free to cook anything you like. All essential pots and kitchen supplies are available, so no need to bring or buy anything unless you prefer your own. The space is currently unfurnished, but furniture will be provided before your move-in date. The only things I ask are: Please keep the space clean No smoking inside the house.
