Sahra's room

Loosely looking for a room mate to share the upper level of a home in Marda Loop/Altadore. The home has been recently renovated and is kept quite clean. There are three bedrooms. One for me, one for you, and the third has been converted into an office space so if you work from home occasionally, this is perfect! The washroom would be shared but it’s been no issue for myself and current room mate. The house is furnished although you would need to provide your own bed and there would be room for an extra couch. I have all my own kitchen ware, but there would be room for you bring your own too! There is a deck in the backyard which is beautifully treed and a fantastic place to hang out in the summer time. Street parking is free, although we currently do have the garage rented out as well for one person to park in and additional room for storage. Very close to Sandy Beach, Marda Loop shopping area, and my personal favourite, Marda Loop Brewing! I’ve listed the price as approximately $1000 but that may change slightly on a monthly basis pending cost of utilities.

My room mate is moving out so it will be just me sharing the place with you. I work as an environmental consultant so may be gone for a few days or weeks at a time. When I’m not out of town for work, I really enjoy spending time with friends and getting outside cross country skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, horseback riding, and generally just being outside. Big activities gal! I think I’m a friendly and courteous room mate and equally down to have a glass of wine and hang as I am to keep to myself and read a book or watch a movie. Looking for someone similar that is easy to get along with!
