Access to backyard, barbecue and outdoor furniture. To Mohawk: 30 min bus ride, 10 min car ride To Redemeer: 25 min bus ride, 10 min car ride. Mcmaster students may find the travel time lengthy. Less than 5 min walk to Freshco, TD Bank, Dollarama, Subway, CIBC Bank, Spa Salon. Less than 10 min walk to all other major banks and grocery stores. Utility, internet and laundry is included in rent.
