Best location? In Britannia near Chinook Centre on the #3 bus route or ride your bike to downtown to work in 15 mins. Only a 10 minute walk to Sandy Beach and the Elbow River. Convenient for going on picnics or a river float on a hot summer day. Walk to shopping and resturants and bars. Your room is super spacious and fully furnished with a comfy queen bed, two nightstands, lamps, dresser and mirror. You have your own full bathroom.

I am a female originally from Calgary. This is not a party house, however, I enjoy occasionally having friends and/or family over for a few drinks and a fire on the patio. I am a non-smoker, guests can smoke outside. I hope to find the perfect roomie who is fun, cheerful and has a good sense of humor. Not to mention, tidy like me.
