I built/moved into this duplex about two years ago now and am really happy with the space I’m creating. I am looking forward to finding another young woman to share it with me! I am residing on the upper level, while you will reside in the designated lower living area that includes a large walk in closet, a living space and a 4 piece bathroom. Furnishing is optional, should you be interested. We’d be sharing the main floor/kitchen and washer/dryer. All utilities, WiFi, Cable and Lake Access are included. Available February 1st and after.

About the space:

A bright and open main floor with a spacious great room, powder room, central dining area and an open concept kitchen with plenty of seating room at the peninsula along with a large quartz island and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Dining, kitchen and great room are perfectly laid out for entertaining. The basement is fully finished with a 3rd master sized bedroom, 4pc bathroom and good sized sitting area/rec room for entertaining or relaxing. Plenty of extra storage room is available under the stairs as wells the furnace/utility room. A double detached garage is included for more storage or simply to keep the elements off your ride.

I unfortunately am allergic to dogs and most animals in general, but I’m happy to discuss hypoallergenic dog breeds to come along with you. An additional $50 fee would be added to your monthly rent, in this case. Please also note: I have a family labradoodle, named Charlie, who does stay with me from time to time, especially when my parents are away. He’s a big, loveable weirdo who will fall quickly in love with you via treats and lots of pets.

A little about me: I am a 29 year old woman currently working in Healthcare. I love to cook, binge watch shows, cry to most movies whether they’re happy or sad. I love to make cocktails, sip wine on the weekends with girlfriends and frequent Chairman’s in Mahogany far more often than I should. I also love to travel, so I’m usually off galivanting somewhere every couple of months or so. I enjoy a clean, frequently candle lit, incredible smelling space and am excited to find someone to share it with me!
