Spacious, bright, furnished room to share in a two-room apartment, quiet neighborhood. Room is available now for 1 female occupant only, 6 months to start, long term preferred.

• 2 mins walk to bus stop (403), 5 mins drive to Brighouse station and sky train. Close to KPU, TnT, malls, hospital, library…
• 10 mins walk to grocery store, Starbuck, RBC, gym, and restaurants.
• Rent is $850 including wifi. Hydro is split. Deposit is half month upon agreement.
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room. Laundry in building.

Room has table, chair, desk lamp, small dresser, and twin bed and cover.

Your roommate is a 30s quiet female working professional. You are respectful, clean and don’t do party. No smoke, no drink, and no pet please. There is plenty of room in the kitchen cabinet, big pantry, and closet. You are welcome to use shared things in the kitchen.

I will be out most of the day and stay home at weekend. I bake for fun occasionally, but most of the time will be in my room if not in the kitchen.
