My name is Nikki and I am 29 years old. I am renting a room in my 3 bedroom apartment. It will only be my future roommate and I. I currently work 2 jobs and will be attending school in September for nursing. I’m super chill and outgoing but do value alone time. I am also very clean so having a clean and respectful roommate is VERY important to me.

Location:

• Close to Sheppard-Yonge Station -Close to Hwy 401 (less than 5 minutes)
• You can go downtown (drive or bus down Yonge), Scarborough, Vaughn or North York -5-10 minute drive to Yorkdale -This building is an older building. The apartment is very spacious and bright. -The rooms are big

Room Details: -This room is the second biggest in the apartment (there is a room between our rooms) -There is 1.5 bathrooms which means that I will only be using the shower (the rest is yours). -It’s very bright and spacious

Additional Bills -Internet Bill will be about $32 each -Electricity Bill is about $30-$40 (monthly) -There is an android tv box (which can be split $7.50 each month).

All in all, you are looking about a little over $900 per month.
