This is a 3-bedroom house and 1 room is available for sublet starting June 1 till the end of July. Move-in and move-out date is flexible. Video of the house can be shared upon request.

A bus stop is right outside the house and takes no more than 10 mins to downtown. This house is right on the edge of the Hydrostone area on Young Street. Cafes, restaurants are less than a minute’s walk away.

The house features, 3 bedrooms, 1 den, 1 living room, a shared kitchen and a bathroom. The house and the room will be fully furnished. All the utilities are included except power. Power is no more than $60 for 2 months. The laundry is coin-operated and is in the basement.

I am willing to negotiate the price if you take this space for 2 months.

You will be sharing this space with 2 other guys in their mid-20s. They are both respectful and tidy and I never had any complaints from them.
