If you like colour and are cool with a dog, this could be a great fit! Home with lots of light that we’ve filled with artwork, plants and a plethora of fun pillows. The available room is upstairs and gets lots of lovely afternoon sun. It is unfurnished and you would be free to decorate as you please. (The rest of the house is furnished) There is a large backyard with beautiful gardens and laundry in the basement. There are three shared parking spaces as well as plenty of street parking.

Including you, there would be three of us girls in total. We’re both working professionals in our mid/late twenties and are looking for someone in a similar demographic. We cook communally/share groceries and we watch movies together when schedules allow. We enjoy playing board games, walking and catching up about our days. The idea of the house has always been a fun and comfortable community of adults who enjoy spending time with one another but who don’t need to spend all of their time together. (AKA social/friendship oriented but cognizant of the fact that life is busy) We’d love someone who is also friendly and clean in communal areas. There is a dog (her name is Viva) who is a rescue so it would have to be a one-pet household. She can be a bit anxious about meeting new people but is a softie once she warms up.
