Hello! I have a large basement room available in my home for one person. Includes EVERYTHING: furnishings, utilities/high-speed internet and access to the rest of the house and yard. I have one other guest staying upstairs - a female mature student at Mohawk. Located near Gage Park at King St. E and Park Row South. There is the #5 bus stop right around the corner to get you around. Free on-street parking. I’ve hosted Mohawk & McMaster students before. This space is ideal for mature students or visiting faculty, or anyone that needs a fully-furnished space in a lovely home.

Details:

• fully-furnished queen bed room located in basement, all linens & pillows, desk, fast wifi
• the room is the entire basement space - it’s curtained off from the hallway to the laundry room so you have lots of privacy. No one goes down except for laundry
• your own bathroom with shower! (People may need the sink or toilet from time to time but otherwise it’s yours) -shared rest of house (kitchen, living room, TV w/streaming services,etc.) with me and the other housemate
• free onsite laundry
• 3 cats in the house, so not a good choice for those with allergies
• Available for short or longer-term rental
• Quiet, friendly neighbourhood with Ottawa St. shopping district in walking distance, and The Centre on Barton (Walmart, pharmacy, grocery store) a short bus away.
• No cooking of fish/seafood/shrimp please
• No more pets (sorry) -International students welcome!
