About the room
Hello! I have a two-bedroom condo unit and am looking for a roommate, solo or with a partner. It’s a newly renovated unit. The unit is semi-furnished. The bedroom is unfurnished. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all shared.
Downtown area, located near 8 Street Station, just two stops away from SAIT. The location is very convenient and strategic.
Rent is inclusive of utilities: heat, water, and electricity. There will be a one-time security deposit of 700CAD.
Interested tenants will undergo a credit and background check organized by the landlord or condominium management. Please note that you must be in Calgary already. Preferably Filipino and/or a SAIT student.
Condo can be viewed anytime starting March 31.
